A new type of display plasma module takes a new display structure which is completely different from the existing micro-cup structure and micro-capsule structure. This structure makes a cofferdam structure on the surface of TFT by forming a cofferdam around a single pixel electrode. The cofferdam covers the source and gate lines on TFT. The patterned structure is characterized by that each pixel electrode is surrounded by a cofferdam. In order to distinguish between microcup and microcapsule technology, we call it a new display plasma technology (DES).
